OT: I was watching another bad Lifetime adoption movie...
and what annoyed me was not how the adoption topic was handled (I didn't even really see the whole movie) but that the birth family was from Boston and every actor had the WORST Boston accent. Tom Hanks tried to do a Boston accent in Catch Me If You Can and just ruined the movie. Diane Lane in The Perfect Storm....nails on chalkboard. I have yet to see an actor who is not from Boston do a good Boston accent. drives me bananas! (btw, Ben Affleck, Casey Affleck, Mark Wahlberg and Matt Damon get it right of course! plus they are nice on the eyes).
