Anyone adopt waiting children from OK?
We are in MN and have sent our home study for a child in OK. Anyone deal with Oklahoma? Was it a pain or are they ok to deal with concerning subsidy etc. I have heard that some states are awful and some are just wonderful. Any opinions would be great!
 Basically I was just curious.
