OT: Couch to 5K - Page 38

I've been at my parents' for a long weekend and was able to do 2 days on the treadmill there. I'm sticking with Week 3, as the 5 minutes of running on Week 4 scares me to death. I'm about ready to go ahead and buy another treadmil, but am looking at getting it online, having it delivered, set up, etc. which will take longer. Frustrating that when I'm actually motivated, able, and have time, I'm treamill-less.

I was in Vegas Baby!!! all weekend, so while I didn't "work out" it was a LOT of walking. And in heels at night!

So while I haven't exactly hit that gym recently, I have been trying to at least walk at lunch or something....Gotta get back to it for real though....ugh....

Anyone up for giving a gentle nudge??

I finished week 3 (part deux!) but haven't had time (honestly) to work out since Saturday...oy!

VEGAS!! My favorite place, Tmom (I love to gamble). Was it a blast?

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I walked a minimum of two miles each. Today I've been a bit more lazy, but the day is still young, we'll see if I get out again today

I am at a dead stop. Planned to jog today but forgot my workout clothes (EXCUSES!). Hopefully tonight.

How is everyone doing? It's REALLY REALLY hot here.

I ordered a new treadmill online today, should be delivered in a week or so. Hopefully I'l be back in this soon. I'm dong nothing without the treadmill as the weather here is miserable.

I keep thinking I'm going to the gym and then something comes up - like the neighbors demand I come over for movie night! Dang it!

Okay I did a big fat freakin mile today BUT seriously that is better than I've done in the last month (or more). I really need to get back to this - I saw pictures/video of our trip to Hawaii (OMYGOSH I look as bad as I thought I did, maybe worse). I hope everyone else is doing better than I am. On a positive note I went shopping at Nordstrom's Anniversary Pre-Sale (I highly reccommend it - especially the little girl clothes great prices and so cute) last night and I didn't have to buy a bigger size. NOW my goal is to be able to buy a smaller size!

Suz, I had the same thing happen. I thought I was looking/feeling pretty good and just saw pix from 4th of July weekend....whoops!!!!!

We just got a nordstrom here so I will have to check it out! I have exactly nine days to lose a few lbs before we go on vacation....eek!!!

Good for getting out there for a mile. I am at a dead stop....

Oceans update: She's selling her house and moving into her fiancee's house so she's been uber busy getting all that ready. Plus, he's leaving for overseas (he's in the Reserves) in a few weeks so I think she's spending all her time on the house and with him.

But yeah, I was worried too so I sent an email and checked in

Today: I go to the fair. That means LOTS of walking, so that will have to do for today!

My surfer has all but disappeared for work. He went to Japan for a month, was back for two days and now is in England. I give up on that one. I'm not doing a long distance (live over an Ocean) internet relationship - I mean ALL my relationships can't be over the internet right??? haha

BUT, I have been hanging out with a guy that used to be a student of mine. We've gone to some baseball games, parties, and we're going to a concert on Wednesday. He lives a couple hundred miles away but is around every couple weeks so we get to see each other then. He's kinda good stuff, so we'll see.

And seriously! Oceans putting real life ahead of us! haha. THE NERVE!!!
