OCEANS!!! WOW!!! Brown is amazing. This is so exciting!

I did week 4, day 2 last night. It was not easier than the first day...arrgggh! I went to the Red Sox tonight with a friend.....they lost. sigh.

I am so tired that I am going to call it a night. By the way, I had pizza, a cheeseburger and Cracker Jacks tonight. I am "carb loading"...hahaha!!

How did it go? I promise you won't die!

I haven't officially started week 4 yet. I did go to the gym tonight, but I wasn't in the mood to run so I lifted weights and did some ab work instead. I'm going to be a hurting unit tomorrow!

Congrats Oceans!

Good job, Court. My abs are my biggest "problem area" (though there are several!!).

Thanks for rubbing...notrubbing it in, Tmom!! haha. they don't look like world series champs this year. I think they miss Schilling. Who do you root for? Come to Boston and catch a game with me!

LA, I most certainly root for the Sox, especially when I'm out there. It's part of why I went to beantown last Septmber - hit the Sox/Yankees series. It was awesome. They're definitely missing Shilling...although with SO MANY games in baseball, it's way to early to make too much of what's happened so far. Anything goes still!!

Come on down, guys! We can see a game but only after running around the Charles River....by then I will be up to 15 miles at least! hahahaha

Court, meant to ask you, have you "conquered" the 20 min jog yet? Do you think I should repeat week 4?

I'm going at lunch today to finish week 4....After what I ate last night and some munchkins this am, I hope I don't boot on the treadmilL!

I haven't even attempted the 20 minutest yet. I'm still on week 4. There is nothing wrong with repeating a week if you feel you're not ready. You could try the first two days of week 5 and see how it goes.

Hey LA....if I was to plan to fly out May 15th to catch a game that weekend with the boys and was going to stay in town for a while, do you think you'd be able to kick off the running shoes long enough to grab a drink?

Tmom, FOR SURE!!!! Now in the next month, I need to drop 40 lbs, "de-gray" my hair, and turn the clock back to my mid 20s so you won't feel like you are with your great-aunt! I would love to hook up with you!!!

ETA: I just finished WEEK FOUR! I was changing in the locker room with those nasty flourescent lights and realized my bum looks like a bowl (a big bowl) of cottage cheese. Dang lights!!!

Thanks for the giggle Loveajax! If you can pull that off, I will fly you to me so you can teach me how! I could use a 20 lbs loss, less gray, and even my early 30's would do!

Congrats on finishing week 4! I am counting down the hours and dreading finshing up week 3 tonight. Think of me around 6:30 eastern time. I will need all the positive vibes I can get!

GOOD vibes, D!!!! I'm really proud of myself (I know that sounds "braggy" but I just know that I am usually a "quitter" when it comes to exercise!!!). I am really proud of you too!

I'm very proud of BOTH OF YOU!!!! You're all doing way better than I am, but heck, that's why I'm just working Cookie Patrol with Oceans

I will be sending you the good vibes though D

And STOP IT LA!!! You don't need to lose anything, de-gray anything, or turn back any clocks! (I've been looking at flights all day, once I get something like this into my head I try to run with it before I can talk myself out of it again! haha)
