Sorry I don't post much anymore. I injured my knee while skiing on new years eve. and I found out today it was a torn acl. so, its surgery for me next Wednesday.

On a happier note. Our profile will be shown in the next couple of weeks for a baby due in April.

I'll need a lot of positive thoughts as I go through the next few weeks.

Congratulations to all that have been matched, and my fingers are crossed tightly for those who are waiting for confirmation!!! I found out Friday that we weren't selected to parent the twins. I was a little let down, but found great comfort in knowing that they are with the parents they were planned to be with. So we will continue to wait and get our homestudy updated in the meantime.

Joanne- Definitely will be thinking of you during your surgery, recovery and waiting to hear about your profile showing. The mom we are matched with is due in April as well, so it would be fun to add babies at the same time to the group!

Well, our long awaited TPR hearing has turned into a longer wait. It's going to be another month before TPR happens. She'll be 3 1/2 months old before it goes through. I talked to the SW this morning and she's confident she's got all she needs to get it done. Wheew!

Did something happen to delay it? Gosh that's a really long time and would really have me on edge.
