Question OT-Christmas Treats that can be mailed

Hey guys...

I know this is way OT, but I need some help. I work from home and our main office is 100 miles away. I want to get everyone some sort of Christmas gift but I won't be getting down there before the 25th. I want to make some homemade goodies and mail them to everyone in the office. My problem is that I have no idea what treats can be mailed and which ones can not. I am afraid that anything chocolate would melt. I live in Texas and we still have some 80 degree days in the forecast. Please help....

There was a great story on NPR's All Things Considered on Nov. 16th about packable treats (and how to pack them). I think this is the link, but if not you can search the site. The story was called: Holiday Sweets On the Road & In the Mail.

Breads are a great idea. There are some really easy recipes for caramel popcorn and it ships really well.
