Hello Everyone, I just wondered how far along your birthmom was when you found her or when you where offically matched ? We are so blessed and excited ! We have met the most wonderful birthmom who is due in Feb. It seems far away but it is so exciting to have the chance to learn about her and be able to be a part of her pregnancy. We are so happy.

We matched with our bmom in late September and DD was due at Thanksgiving. End up she came a week late and was born Dec 1. Congratulations!

We were told mid May that Emom was due Oct 1 then 6-8 weeks later told mid Nov and recently told someone had said early December. So I am still not real sure but thinking mid Nov. She's had 2 ultrasounds at least but somehow I can't get a firm due date.

First match, Emom was 3 weeks from delivery. She decided to parent. Second match, the baby was 60 days old but BFather decided to parent. Third match, Emom was 4 months from delivery. She lost communication with us. This match she is/was 90 days from delivery. Baby is due 9/25 but she is starting to show signs of wanting to parent.

I was in between my sixth and seventh month when the match was officially made. She arrived a week and a half early.

Our first bmom was 3 weeks from delivery, but delivered 5 days after we were matched. Our second bmom was 2 weeks from delivery (delivered on her due date). Needless to say we were in a euphoric mad scramble for supplies!!

We were matched 10 weeks before due date...six days later she gave birth. She at first decided to parent, but reconsidered and we got the baby three months later.

DD's first mom (she's not "our" birthmom, she's my DD's birth/first mom) was 3 weeks from her due date when we met the first time. She delivered early 2 days after we met.

DS's first mom was 4 weeks from term when we met her and his first dad and delivered two weeks after we met.

Our daughter's birthmother was 3 months from due date, and our son's was 6 weeks. Both were a week and a half late. (That is a LONG time in expectant-aparent hours!!!)

Castle's bmother was 4 months from her due date and delivered two weeks early, we met in Feb. due date was June 4 born May 24.

We were matched in late April, she was due July 8th and had him on July 9th. He was placed with us July 11th.

We matched late April and she was due mid-July. The wait was harder as the time got closer and being far apart makes it even harder.....

We were matched in January and our dd was born in August, so we were matched for 7 months. It was a hard wait, but halfway through it became so unreal and much less exciting. The beginning was bubbling with excitement and so was the end, though. It was great, because we had 7 months to "grow our baby in our hearts" and we felt instantly bonded when she came out. She was ours all along, in our minds (and birthmom's).
