Hello! You're probably thinking that this is weird, but my husband and I are also from KY and I saw that your 1st adoption was an in state adoption. We are just getting started in the adoption process and were wondering if you could give us any advice about the best place to start...I would GREATLY appreciate all the advice I can get.
