Let's Give a Salute
Won't you all join me, whether or not you believe in what we are doing, in thanking our troops for what they do for us. They have taken on a huge task and I, for one am grateful for what they do. They have a thankless job so much of the time but this weekend I will be raising a flag high in honor of them.
Thank you all soldiers for all that you do!!

Thank you!!! I thank all the men, who, like my Dad so many years ago, are willing to risk their lives for not only their families, but for all of us and our country. Thank you to the families who do without their spouses, Dads, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters so they may keep us free!

Alicia 4/16/07- Consultation with attorney for independent adoption 5/4/07- Received phone call from EM 5/9/07- Met with EM and her father 5/11/07- It's a girl!! Due the end of September!! DD born 10/1/07 Finalized 12/4/07 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 6/22/09- DD's birth mom is pregnant. Asked us to adopt second baby as she is "almost positive" that's what she wants. Waiting to see how it all plays out!!  www.sillyshillybilly.blogspot.com

Seems we have a lot of military families here! I also will send along this thread to my husband who is deployed right now. It'll make him feel appreciated
