That's funny. Kelcee goes thru spurts like that. And are you right about the changing. I have never done so much laundry in my entire life! She is also taking her diaper off every 30 minutes to sit on the toilet and try and go potty. I'm one that won't put it back on even if it is dry. So, my diaper bill is even higher right now thru the potty training.

Rob reading your posts makes me giggle!!!! Our DD is 8 1/2 mos old now and as sloppy as the kisses are you can't wait for the next one. Its amazing how at such a young age they show so much personality. Its funny how the smallest things can melt your heart isn't it?

My Dad taught Eve how to growl and somehow growling and kissing have connected themselves. Now we know we're about to get smooched because we get a big "RRRRaaaarr" right before it happens.
They really are SO much fun.

As some of you know Kelcee is in speech therapy. This last week has been a huge break thru for her. She added about 4 new words to her vocabulary.
My favorite word right now is lello (yellow).

Aren't those little voices just so sweet? My niece always runs to the front window to check for my "red tar." I'm the only one in the whole wide world who has a red car as far as she knows.

My sweetie pie is potty trained!!!! I am so happy. I never thought I would be so happy over someone else's potty usage but here I am. I could do a dance!

Ahhh, raising a girl after two boys has been so wonderful, she is much more of a handfull but truly a dream come true. The first picture is of our bathing beauty at the beach two weeks ago and the second is of our dress up princess.

Our first tea party!
Loving raising my little girl!! Last night before bed, we had our first tea party, with a little tea set and all the play food we could find. It was so sweet and girly, I just loved it. And in the middle of it, I said " almost time for bed" and she said "5 more minutes!" I just about died!!!

all the AI attempts insurance would cover and one IVF attempt that insurance did not cover - before July 04 started investigating adoption - July 04 signed with agency - Sept 04 Homestudy complete April 05- "we're in the book!" Considered May and July 05 - not chosen DD born August 05 - we're chosen that same day - home in 24 hours what an awesome baby girl!!! Wish we went right to adoption!! WE'VE FINALIZED!!! FOREVER OURS 4/28/06 Working on domestic adoption #2 - submitted paperwork early Feb 07..... In the Books April 1 - no foolin'!!! Match fell through, end of June - bmom decided to parent. Eve is growing so fast I swear I can see her do it. She's starting to sit up on her own. It only lasts for about 30 seconds at a time but she's getting there. She's also finally getting some hair in!
One of these days I'll figure out how to post pics and show everyone. Actually, we did a Celebrating Adoption session and just got the photos back. They're amazing!Eve and her little cousin (three weeks younger) are going to be skunks this year and help us hand out candy. My SIL said we should make them a pack of Twinkies next year.
