Ok, what do you do with all the leftover turkey beside sandwiches?
Here's what we do with our turkey: Use the leftover gravy and if you don't have any use the jarred turkey gravy. Begin to heat it up on the stove, shred your turkey and add it to it. Make home waffles or the store brand. Once turkey and gravy is hot poor over waffles. This is an east coast recipe, mainly PA so some of you might recognize it. Let's see yours so we don't waste as much or put it in the freezer and forget about it until next year. ![]()
