CA Finalization Paperwork Question
For those of you that have finalized in CA I am hoping you can help me out. On all of the paperwork the first question is the names of the adopting parents. Right below this line it asks for your relationship to the child. Maybe I am being stupid, but wouldn't the answer be the adopting parents? I am just not sure what to put.

I don't remember but I would think it would be adopting parent. All our paperwork was filled out by our attorney and we signed in the appropriate places.

Yes, it's just for adoptive parent. Sometimes, the adoptive parent is also the bio sister, biograndmother, etc. At least that's what we understood. Good luck! susan
