Anyone adopt in Iowa?
We don't live in Iowa but we are being considered by a potential birth mother there. I know we will have ICPC issues to deal with, but I'm curious if anyone has had a positive or negative experience with the placement and adoption laws there. Also, a good attorney? Please PM me if you are willing to share that info!
