Agencies, Etc. With No or Little Upfront Costs/Match Money?
Can anyone PM me the names of agencies/facilitators/referral services that don't charge any (or not much) money until actual placement? I'm talking less than $1000 or so. We're not getting anywhere at either of the two places we're signed up with so far and are trying to find some others. We're open to any race and either gender.

Our agency charges a consultation fee of $250 and then the only other cost prior to the match is the homestudy fee for $1700.
I'll pm you the agency name.
