Ok Ive telling you updating you all on the process well I can say I am now offically waiting. Here's the kicker I was told 2-3 yrs. Can someone go kick them in the behind for giving me such a long wait time.

They say your wait will be 2-3 years? I would be signing up with other agencys or a facilitator and doing your own networking if at all possible. They must be a small agency with not a lot of leads if their wait time is 2-3 years. I certainly hope you don't have to wait that long. Good Luck!

Our agency is somewhat small, too. We're close to the 6 month mark and still haven't been shown to anyone.

Well everything is going great so far in our match. Emom and I have been emailing back and forth for a couple weeks and she sent me all of her ultrasound pictures today( 11wks, 18 wks, and 21wks )and he is definitely a BOY I never thought I'd be able to "connect" as quickly as I did with Ava's birthmom, but emom has proved me wrong. I love her so much already. She is such a postive, upbeat person and we are so excited to have her as a part of our lives. I hope this summer goes quickly.

We finally got through ICPC and got home. We are settling in and our neighbors have all brought us food-we are so lucky.

Just wanted to post an update. The three boys are with a different family now. Their behaviors were WAY too much for us to handle with our bio kids, too. It was actually pretty traumatic for our three kids, and we had to think about them. I actually think that we are done. After 2 years of heartbreak and trial, we are done. We are extremely happy with the three perfect little kids that we have and we are going to concentrate on being the best parents we can be for them. I'll still check in here every once in a while to see how everyone is doing. Good luck to everyone!!

We have been matched with an emom due at the end of Oct (the day before my dh's b-day). It was an agency pick so we have not spoken directly with emom. It still seems like one of my daydreams but I'm starting to let myself get excited.

crystal, sorry to hear that things were so difficult. I can relate though. We brought in a 3 1/2 year old when our son was just about to turn 3. It was a very difficult transition and that was just one! I couldnt imagine 3 into a family of 3.
