Help! I am looking for ideas to be able to work from my home. Any ideas welcomed. I am a Operations Manager where I work now. Which is just a fancy way of saying that I do everything! Office Manager, Inventory Controll, Shipping/Receiving, Delinquent Accounts, Collections, Payroll, Customer Service, etc. My grandson has been in daycare since September and has been sick since day 3. He has had RSV, pnemonia, rotavirus, and every virus, cold etc. He has been in the hospital 3 times. He is only 17 months old. I want to be able to work at home and take him out of daycare. He was never sick the first 10 months of his life. Then he had to go to daycare. Your guys always have great ideas and suggestions. Any leads are greatly appreciated.

oh my gosh! the first line of your post? i could have sworn i wrote that i too am an operations manager and i also do EVERYTHING I am also looking for at home work but its hard to find something that would match my salary. good luck and if you find something that works please let me know and i will do the same for you. oh, my job did allow me to job share for a few months but i had to find a compatable person to share half my duties for 60% of my pay. we each work 3 days a week and still get vacation. there is a down side though.
