So sorry for that the adoption possibility didn't work for you, and also, for your diagnosis. I know it is the pat answer but it is such a personal decision you really have to decide for yourself.

I have severe endo and Doc gave us little chance of conceiving without IVF. We have very few precious resources to pursue our hopes for a family. In the end, it ended up being a good decision to move to adoption to build our family as we've been blessed with an amazing DD. I knew that I wanted to be a Mom and although it was hard to give up the dream of experiencing pregnancy and childbirth, the biological connection to our child was not primary for us. But that's us. Do I ever long for the experience of pregnancy and childbirth? Yes. But I know we made the right decision for us. You have to do what is best for you. Hoping your family comes to you soon, one way or the other.
