|
Anyone have experience with bparents who are illegal immigrants?
There is a potential situation that we are being considered for. The couple is living her, but they are not legal citizens. How can an adoption be done legally?
Any insight? Kim

I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure any child born here is a legal citizen. I would think the adoption would be like any other.

I guess that would make sense. I hadn't thought about whether the baby would be considered a citizen, only the potential bparents.
