We Made It!
BWI airport was great! When I showed up with the baby we got the VIP treatment... the ticket agent told us how to get through a special security checkpoint that pilots use, so that we didnt have to wait in a long line with an infant.

The flight attendant took our pic together on the plane. I am just thrilled to be home. I made it! Nothing got broken! Baby slept and ate, and I changed his diaper at my lap and on the 2 empty seats next to me and the flight attendant put my luggage in the overhead bin for me and took it out and opened it for me to put my camera and food back in the suitcase and even took my luggage off the plane for me. No exploding formula and I managed to carry my laptop, camera, diaper bag, and small suitcase along with baby in baby sling.

A baby sling is a good invention!

Jonathan Lansing is sleeping now. He's getting used to more sunshine and wants to look around and he is officially 1 month old today

I am so glad to be back in California after being in Maryland since November 21st!

Welcome HOME ! I'm so glad the travel went smoothly and your family is home safely. Now all your local friends and family can start celebrating with you. Make sure they bring food . Has it really been that long you've been gone.. Wow. Soak up the sun girl. Congratulations again!! looking forward to seeing pictures of your son as he changes.
