International Adoption Agency ??'s
I am looking into adoption for a friend. She is single, has a great job, and looking into international adoption for the most part. Since she lives in Central Florida, she is looking at Homecoming Adoption and Celebrate Children International.
Since she is single, is international the best way for her to go? Which countries would be best for her to persue? If you have any advice or feedback on the above agencies, please post or pm me. I would really appreciate it!!!!! Thank you, aimee
