Utah agencies/adoptive experiences

I'm searching for information for a co-worker whose interested in adopting a caucasian infant in Utah. There doesn't seem to be much activity on the Utah board. Can you pm me with agency names with good and bad experiences, average wait time, issues with laws, interstate compact if it applied. General feedback pls...... Thxs Angeluv
