That they would put this crappy show on the air! In the first 20 minutes they put nothing but wealthy suburbannites, questionable surrogates, ridiculously suave, overconfident and arrogant docs, and lunatics on the screen! New parents and desperate patients in clogged halls and moving at some wacked out, crazy, frenetic pace...THIS is supposed to represent what happens in an infertility clinic? On Mars, maybe. No amount of dramatic license can excuse this mess of a show. BIG THUMBS DOWN! Blech. So, who's up for Internet poker? Gotta kill some time 'til I get my darned TV back!

Cr*pola! Give me a break, the doctor telling the wife it may take many tries but you'll have a baby (what's missing from this tender speach...just keep handing over the money). And then the same wife saying I want to use different sperm and my husband needn't know. Let's not forget the sperm stealing by the doc's office fling.
Only positives, the father who was not told about his child being born and the SW tracking him down, he shows up and takes his babe in his arms to parent. Then at the end one of the doc's gives to her son what I assume is the file of the donor she used to conceive him. He looks at the picture in the file, asks to keep it, in my mind it showed that yes this does matter to kids- a reality some people I know who have done donor conceptions choose not to think about.

After 6 years of infertility treatments, that show was the last thing I wanted to see (I didn't watch). I have to say...I'm VERY glad it was a flop. While it could have been good for people to see and be educated about infertility, I really had my doubts about it's content and how good it could really be. Anyway...thanks for your post. I for one am glad to hear it was a flop!

It was like the writers of the show decided to throw every possible thing that could go wrong with fertility treatments into one show. If you are going through fertility treatments, don't watch Inconceivable. It will just scare you and give you something else to worry about.

I watched, and I have to admit it was better than I thought. I was happy to see that they didn't paint a picture of fertility treatments in an overly positive manner. I actually got a good laugh out of the doctor swimming laps, drinking a bottle of Cristal champagne. Now I know where all my money went!
