She does not sound like a friend I would want to have,so I would just not spend time with her.If she is someone you would want to develop any sort of relationship with, you will need to confront her and tell her how you feel......Good luck.
Personally,I believe it would be best to find friends who are Real!!

She definitely isn't someone I would choose to be friends with... but what do you do when your husbands are close friends??? We don't hang out with them often, but we can't avoid them either since the dhs have been friends for years. I just have to tolerate her and hope that eventually she gets over this........

That makes it tougher......hmmmm
Is it still an option for you to talk to her about your feelings? If not, maybe you could just limit your outings with them.Perhaps the men can go out together alone sometimes. It would ease frustration for you. What does your husband think about how she is acting??It is a tough situation.Good luck!!

This is the time that you suggest to your DH "Wouldn't it be great if you and _______ were on a bowling/softball/dart team together?"

He gets to see his friend on a regular basis. You don't have to deal with them as parents or with his wife as a fake friend. Help him preserve his relationship without having to be a part of it......this also helps if you hate bowling/softball....etc - now you don't have to do that either! LOL
