I did a little creative fundraising...and I am curious what any of you might have done.

I designed a pendant symbolizing adoption. I have been selling it locally as well as in some retail stores throughout Canada. Just tonight I posted it on an online auction to see what happens.

I have thought about craft sale type things....

I'd love to hear what you all have been up to....what works and what doesnt.

Not me, but I know someone who created one of those cookbooks where everyone contributes recipes, had it printed for cheap, and sold them. She included the story of the adoption of her first daughter and her info about second daughter waiting in China. The local newspaper picked up the "feel-good" story and she sold quite a few. It's a great book....I included it in baskets for gifts.
