chosen child poem

Chosen Child
I didnt give you the gift of life
but in my heart I know
The love I feel is deep and real
As if it had been so.
For us to have each other
Is like a dream come true.
No, I didnt give you
the gift of life
Life gave me the gift of

My MIL gave me a cute little plaque with this on it for Christmas and I thought I would share with you all. I cried when I read it.

I LOVE that poem. I found it on this site a while back and used it for our Welcome book for our youngest son.

Thank you for sharing the poem. I've already copied it and saved it. I will probably print it out and frame it for our future son's room.

I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference. Robert Frost (1874–1963).
