help
My 26 yr old adopted son has decided he would like to seek his bio mom or atleast find out her name,I have no ideal since it was done through Human Rsources in Ky and they did not give the name at time of adoption,he was with foster mom,where or how do I start,? Can someone give me a few ideals on what I need to do first.

Contact Human Resources in KY or whomever you adopted through. Often there is a person who works as a Post Legal Adoption Specialist to handle this kind of inquiry.

Would his foster mom be a help? If his b-mom's rights weren't yet terminated when he was with her, then she may know her name, at least. I save as much info as I can for my foster children, just in case one were ever to come back to me and ask for it. Just a thought!
