can't find any good domestic adoption books for my toddler
Does anyone have a good domestic adoption book to recommend for my 3 year old?

I like "Tell Me Again About the Night I Was Born" by Jamie Lee Curtis. It is my favorite and my son loves it!! When I read it to him, I usually throw in the particulars of his adoption!

Ditto to Mroot. While it doesn't exactly match our journey, we use it to talk about his adoption story! It's available as a board book, too - great for 2 1/2 year olds.
We also made up a book (ofoto) of his story, using pictures of his bfamily, him, and his afamily. :-) Regina

How I was Adopted by Joanna Cole We Wanted You by Liz Rosenberg The Day We Met You by Phoebe Koehler Tell Me a Real Adoption Story by Betty Lifton This is How We Became a Family by Wayne Willis Fred Roger's Let's Talk about It: Adoption- (Mr. Rogers) this one is ok. it's for a little older child, and I'm not crazy about the picture of the row of children in the nursery.
