Update on Ryan...and a picture!!
SHE"S HOME!!!

Actually we were home on Thursday night, but this is the first time since then i haven't had people over visiting her.

A recap on our story...for those who don't remember. DH and I have been matched with a young (15) birthmom since April. She was due Aug 25...but Ryan decided to come early.

She was born on August 13 (Friday!!). She was 8lbs, and 21 inches. Her bmom pushed for 20 minutes....and was in labor for a total of 4 hours. Which I think is great (and she does to!!)

"A" and the bdad decided to room in with the baby, so I saw her everday in the hospital. They let me be the first to hold her and give her a bottle. (I cried like a baby) She is just perfect!!! " A" never changed her mind...although she did go through a very sad period.....not helped by her mother telling her that they could find a way to keep the baby. (I really dislike her mother) But she was very strong...and mature, and signed the papers right on schedule. What an amazing girl!! She starts her sophmore year in High School tomorrow.

Ryan is an amazing little girl. She sleeps a lot! Andy and I are so happy!!! And grateful for all the support we have gotten on here!
