New Baby Documentary Premieres Tonight!!
It's called the Baby Human and it is on Discovery Health Channel premiering tonight Tuesday, August 3rd, at 8:00 p.m. eastern time.....

From what I could tell...
not sure, babies in general, I believe....but they may go into how babies develop relationships, etc.
Plus, it looked like there's new evidence suggesting different things regarding developmental issues--what the babies know, what we "now" know they know...things like that, from what I could gather from the promo...scientific findings maybe....looks good from what I can see so far....plus cute because it shows the babies, again from the little that I saw... It's on for several hours--seperate new episodes together back to back...

Did anyone watch???
I watched all except the last 15 minutes (I kept dozing and then finally fell asleep). I thought it was amazing. One of the labs on there was from my alma mater - the University of Maryland and I earned an Early Childhood Ed. degree from there. We had to do so much research at their Center for Young Children and so many observations and it was very enriching and rewarding. Children are amazing beings and the studeis being done as well as the conclusions are mind blowing. To know that babies have particular temperaments that can be tested by four months of age and that this causes parents to parent their children in particular ways!!!!! WOW!!!!!! I hope all who watched enjoyed it as much as I did!

Hi-
I saw the 9pm hour of it - DH and I thought it was really interesting (we have no children so I'm sure that's part of it). I didn't stay up to watch the rest but I hope it's on again soon, I would definitely like to catch the other episodes I missed.
