can you adopt a child without having to pay out alot of money...i dont know how to go about adopting a child i really want to have a child.i cant have any of my own..so please help

debrawyatt - yes you can adopt a child without money. If you call your state social service system they can tell you how you can adopt waiting children from the state. It is free. They can fill you in on any training you might need - as a general rule of thumb, younger children with less issues will take longer to adopt and many older waiting children are waiting right now for families.

You can read and lear alot on the foster to adopt board of this forum. I'd suggest that strongly.
