Attention Foster and adoptive parents.

I am in the process of writing a book about adopting through social services. In my little county there has been a growing population of families who are currently in the process of adoption. Their expereinces and mine have prompted me to write a book informing prespective adoptive families about the option of adopting through social services, Not all of our experiences have been positive but I would like to put a positive spin on social services.
