adoption consultants feedback please

Any feedback about Adoption Consultants in Califorinia would be greatly appreciated. I have surfed the web and can find no negative comments, which is a good sign, but I would like to hear of any personal experiences. I need a comfort level before I embark on an adoption journey with them.
