how to find newborns or toddlers without private adoption
Can any one tell me how i can find children to adopt, i have been searching the web but nothing. I have even looked for toddlers but still nothing. My sw told us that we could look for our selves but we have not been able to come up with anything. We can't pre say afford private adoption, it cost too much, do any one know of an adoption agency that does adoption based on ur income, i think thats where we need to look, we need all the info we can get and if u know of any children out there that needs good homes please share. We just need to know where to look. I have looked at all the sites on adoption and i know all of them can't be up to date, because i found nothing. The waiting is slowly killing us and the wondering if we will ever get place is driving us both crazy. Please shed some light on this for me

Maybe this can help you some. When we were looking to adopt we looked via the internet. But I found that calling the state agencies and sending your HS to them they will let you know about all the babies and toddlers they have available. I don't know where you have searched but I was looking at a site and they had a baby born in 02 along with a sib up for adoption. Just don't give up.

My husband and I went on the internet and were able to find various agencies. Also, if you are able to look for agencies through the state you live in, you might be able to find some. Some states will list agencies in your state and out of statae agencies that are licensed to do adoptions in your state. They are out there. You really have to look. Good luck with your journey.

If you go through the state (Child Services) then you don't have to pay anything. They pay all the fees and you get a child, call your local office and they can tell you more.

PRIVATE ADOPTION ISNT THAT EXPENSIVE. MY WIFE AND I JUST PAID 1,200$ TO A ADOPTION LAWYER, THAT COVERS EVERYTHING START TO FINISH AS FAR AS HAVING A JUDGE MAKING IT A LEGAL ADOPTION.

Going thtough the state will cost nothing and there are newborns and toddlers waiting, however there are more people who want them so your wait might be longer and harder.
We to wanted to experience the joy of a baby....and so we adopted a five year old little girl and her 1-year old baby brother! It has been delightful and having the two has made up a little for the fact they are not genetically related to us--BUT THEY ARE TO EACH OTHER! The bond they have is amazing and we have a little helper who loves to play little mom.
