Hi,
I am from the Philadelphia area, and while I have not worked with Steve, I do have a suggestion. Adoption Arc is an agency operated by AAAA attorney Tara Gutterman. She is wonderful, as are the social workers in her agency. The situation that I was hoping to use them for fell through (birthfather decided to parent), but they were kind and gracious and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and their fees are very reasonable, with everything included at around 10,500 (regardless of the race of the child). Good luck!
