Homestudy and DWAI
Does anyone know ....
My husband got a DWAI 6 years ago. We are worried that when we get our homestudy done that they will deny us because of this. Does anyone know?

The only way to be sure is to have it done and see what happens. Every state & agency is different. They look at what the offense was, how long ago and if he learned anything from it. I can tell you what happened with mind though.....
My hubby was arrested 4 times and because none of them involved a crime against a child or assualt against anyone, we had no problem and we were the most sought after homestudy in our district.  Good luck!!
