Adoption

Anyone 18 and over can adopt a child, providing that all else falls into place, ie. no criminal record, not near death, drug user, ect. Your chances are better because of your age and medical situation. You are young enough to be active with a child and you are not likely to become pregnant once you adopt a child, which could cause psychological harm to the child, depending on what it has gone through before coming to you. You may want to contact your state agency, if you are not looking for a private adoption. You can also browse the pictures of waiting kids from different states including yours, wherever that is. And you do not have to stay within your states to adopt. Good Luck!
