I'm intrested in that info too, I was Idopted in Ponce PR. I already know my birth parents, but I have 13 brothers and sisters that I want to find and I don't have the information. Right now I'm living in PA. And I really would appreciate that info.

I am a Puerto Rican. I do not Know to much about adoptions but I try to give you all the information that I have and Know.

Puerto Rican goverment did not have great internet sites and that is the reason that you can not found information using internet.
I believe that you need to contact Social services in Puerto Rico using telephone, NOT INTERNET.

I know that in Puerto Rico exist a great institution call "Hogar Cuna San Cristobal" that kwows everything about adoptions.
Maybe I can help you because I know some people that know about the process.
