Any advice Plz!!!
Hi I'm new as you probably will be able to tell. My fiance and I would like to adopt his brother's baby. We live in va. and they in n.c. We have only found 1 phone # for a social worker in the county (its very small) & she said she is retiring next week she was very unhelpful. she said she had no information and no referral. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Is this a sw in the county you live in, or your bil? You may want to contact an adoption attorney. They would be able to tell you what you need to do to facilitate an adoption by you of your nephew. Good luck.
