I have a question
I had posted awhile ago about my fd that I have had since she was 7 months she will be 3 next monday on January 23 they TPR the same day ** appealed any ways my adoption SW shared an update about the appeal I need to know if this is usual she said that county councel put a request to deny the appeal it was denied the judge wants to hear evidence from both sides ASW says this is typical has anybody had this happen I am worried I am all my baby knows oh by the way we did the adoption placement on june 15 Please someone help

I've never heard of it, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen. It seems kind of unusual to be wanting evidence if TPR is already done and the appeal's been denied.
I know what you mean about you being the only one your baby's ever known. I just lost my baby today. I've had him since birth and he's 18 months old now. Not only that, but the judge TPRed on his sister and we're adopting her. She and the baby are extremely close. None of us can make any sense of this. I pray he makes it back to us one day............. Good luck!

the appeal has not been denied the motion for the appeal to be dismissed was denied its pretty confusing AI just hope that the sw is right thank you for your thoughs sorry to hear about the baby I remember when you had posted this awhile back I will pray that the baby is watched over and brought back to you if it is meant.
