I have try to get some information for many years and no luck. I have contacted the Orphanage where I was prior to be placed in a foster home, then in the home where I grew up. I even knew my birth parents names. I have got no where. Can any one advise me what to do next or at least tell me what I need to do?

There are many ways to search.. There are seach angels.. There are private investigators.. There are lots of search sites on the net.. You can put your date of birth etc on these sites..

Keep trying.. Don't give up..

If i went into why its so hard for adoptees to search, i'd probably be banned from this site LOL....

so i won't, because replying to some of these posts on here is important.

what state are you searching in? have you requested your non identiyfing information? have you joined any state registries or online registries?

I was born in 1967, Feb. 5. Lenoxhill Hospital, Manhattan, NY
Name at birth is Endora Diana Mirabal, Biological mother's name is Diana Arbelo, she was 21 at the time of my birth, Biological father's name is Edward Mirabal, he was 19, at the time of my birth. One of the main reasons that I'm looking is because I have a handicap son and have no family history to provide to the Doctors. :

Try doing a people search with the names of your parents. Was it a closed (private) adoption? If not, contact the adoption agency to ask for more information. Hope this helps!
