Question abour fostering
Has anyone ever heard of fostering babies born to incarcerated mothers?
I would love to do that but have no idea where to begin. Kristen

Yes, my fd came to me at 3 days old. I picked her up from the hospital. Her bmom was in jail. she was in jail the first year of my fd life. I will be finalizing the adoption in about a month.
