update

first I would like to say have a Happy Thanksgiving next week , and this is an update on my preemie, her mom found someone to be the god parent and they oked the god parent even though she has no papers or anything to say so, just word of mouth. by they I mean the agency. she now weighs 10 lbs and she's now 2 mths old. so i'm happy with that. and I have no idea when she'll be leaving. so i'll let you all know. God bless, I don't know how to feel right now

hi everyone

skip my last thread, sound like I'm doing nothing but gossiping and complaning, I have to realize what it means to be a foster parent. Happy Thanksgiving. Have a piece of my birthday cake.

You feel like a child that you have done everything you could do is going to a permanent (you hope) home. You know that you could do better for her and have to let go anyway. You send a piece of you heart and a little of your soul with her because you know that soon another little body will come and fill that little piece of heart and soul right up.

God bless you for opening your heart and home to these little bundles. Remember, the Bible says: For everything there is a season. . . . The season for you to have this child is almost over - rejoice that she has a loving home to go to. This is a success story. . . . so far.
