questions about becoming foster parents
My husband and I are thinking about becoming foster parents. We want to know about the process we have info coming in the mail but I figured the best info is from people who have already been through it. I have many questions. My husband and I are not rich, he works and I go to college part time, We do have debt will that affect our chances of being considered? We do not have children of our own but would be a loving family to foster kids. If anyone can give me any info I would be grateful.

Having debt shouldn't be a problem. You only have to show that you make enough money to cover your own expenses without the child and as part of your application you may be asked to submit a family budget.
