My baby girl is coming back!
Baby Scarlet was RU'd on my birthday, about a month ago. I was so upset, I have thought about her a million times everyday since she left. She has downs syndrome and some other health problems, and bios have not been taking care of her like they should. So Im getting her back today!!!!!! Im so happy, but I feel so bad that she has had to live with them for the past month. She has had kidney problems and they have been giving her mountain dew! Now she is having more problems with her kidneys.
I dont know how long this will last this time around, but Im going to have my hands full with this one (10months) my other FD(16 months), whom is the craziest kid that has ever lived..... But I am so happy she is coming home, I just cant wait. To top it off it is DH's birthday, he will be so suprised!

Previous placements:  Wild Child "D" 3yrs old- went to relatives Princess A 5 and " Man Man" 3- RU 6/8/09Scarlet baby girl-ru'd 9/24/09 back with me 11/4/09 and ru'd once again 12/01/09 My little man 3 months- went to another home with his siblings.  I miss them all so much. Forever in my thoughts and prayers.

How exciting! She will be so glad to be back to where she was well loved and cared for!

Still waiting for another forever child or two...

I'm so glad for both you and the baby. So maybe there's a possibility she will stay this time?

What's a shsp home?
I have no special training, but they call me for lots of special needs babies.

How is she settling back in??
My fs that came and went and came and went was really not happy... like he was punishing me for letting this happen to him (in his mind) so it was challenging.

She is doing good, she seems like she remembers us and the house.
However, she seems to have regressed. She used to be so active, push up on her legs, roll all over the place, and she was sitting up on her own. Now she will not sit up, she has gained a lot of weight, its now hard for her to lay on her belly and hold her head up. Her muscle tone is even lower now it seems. Hopefully I will have her long enough to get therapy started again. But as of right now, I dont know how long she will stay.
