we were the last class out before the big financial hit in CA during the summer....because I had all my paperwork in order plus it was less paperwork for me due to my single never married status...I had gotton my home inspection done and was licensed, I'm the farthest along from my class....some people at our first mass e-mail were not even homestudied yet and this was in the summer before furlough days were the norm.

Now I keep in touch with about 3 families....we all want to adopt...the rest are fostering and I hear from them from time to time....haven't heard if anyone has had a placement yet.....one of the families I kept in contact with sent me an e-mail that her husband is supposed to be transferred to a different state so she was mourning being so close and having to move...

I'm going to do a roll call if I haven't heard from anyone January 1st. I have all the e-mails saved on my account
