Happened to my son....

I just wanted to get your thoughts on this, the same thing happened to my son. We are still dealing with the effects of this on him, as I will post in another post about our night last night. Your thoughts?

Do you mean he was moved abruptly from a foster placement?
If that's the case can you get contact information from the former foster family? Would they be willing to have any contact? Would contact be good for your son? If it were me and the former family were OK with it, I would try to maintain some contact. Sometimes you might need time away to establish your relationship with your son but if it's been some time and the relationship is appropriate I would maintain contact. |
