Talk about an emotional rollercoaster!! Last trial date CW said it's a slam dunk win! The trial is taking place over the course of this month. Last week CW said birthmom knows she isn't going to win (BD left and she has no income or job experience for that matter). She said birthmom may sign and we need to start thinking of an adoption agreement. CW calls today and says the majority of their case against birthmom was based on one 'fact' that turns out some doctor wrote something down wrong and now that theory went out the window. It's crazy how much can change in one week! The CW still thinks they have a decent chance at winning but it's not so 'cut and dry' anymore. Ugh this is driving me crazy! birthmom has no idea how to take care of the kids on her own. She is overwhelmed, she has NO income. I don't know how she's even surviving right now taking care of herself let alone 5 kids. One fact is that she DOES love her kids and they love her. I wish we knew what the outcome would be already!

Gosh! Sounds like October is going to be a long month. I know it is frustrating not knowing what the outcome will be. I will say some prayers that whatever happens is what is in the best interest of the children. I will also say some prayers to help you thru this situation. I know how this all can be emotionally draining.
