so frustrated
I posted a week ago that my cousin was going back home, well she came back into care yesterday and we did not even get a phone call. This is going to be so traumatic for her since she had only been home a week so please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. I got a hold of DFACS and they said they were not sure why we did not get her back or they were not sure where she was. She said we could call Monday to see if we could get her back.

Poor child. It's crazy that they will RU her knowing it was not safe and that she would just be back in care so soon. I hope you can get her back.

I am so sorry. Sounds like you will be busy on Monday getting her back to you. Hopefully this time they will listen to you when you tell them it is a bad idea to re-unify. I hope she is OK. I worry about what made them take her back into care so quickly after RU

Thanks for the encouraging words and prayers. I have not sleep good since she went home because i have been worrying about her. At least I know she is safer at the foster home she is in but i cant imagine how scared she is. My family saw her grandma who the mom and dad lived with yesterday and she is black and blue so i can only imagine what she has been through this week. From what my family has said its been awful. I hope they listen this time I told them everything I knew last time and it did not change a thing so i hope this time they realize these parents are to far on drugs to protect her and I hope my cousin and his wife get it together.
