Right now I'm in my first semester of grad school. We're hoping that my neice, who is a foster mom also will be able to take the current baby (#4) and if possible, adopt her. I don't know what will end up happening with #5, but I know that I'm not able to take the next baby. I'm not sure when she's due exactly, but I won't be out of school until June 2011.

Unbelievable. They still have not managed to place number 4 and number 5 is on the way? I can't imagine how that makes you feel. I think you have made the right decision. At some point as a mom, you just have to let things settle and "be."

I know exactly what you are talking about. Our youngest ad has 3 older siblings that are adopted together in a different state, then there is our ad, and she now has 2 that she has custody of (thankfully she seems to be taking good care of them)....she is only 22 YIKES! I think she thankfully and finally has gotten her tubes tied.

This is really sad that these women keep having more and more without any change in their life. We have a 4 month old and biomom has a total of 5 boys and she is only 25! Dad is 51 ugh!

The state asked us if we could take 3 of his siblings but we already have 3 foster kids and that would make 6 yikes! I can't tell u how quilty I felt after turning them away so its nice to hear that others struggle with this as well.

They called about #4 a week before grad school started. I told them no, and then went into my bedroom and cried. It just seems so sureal that #4 isn't even 8 months old yet and we're doing this again.

I swear, are condoms a secret in some parts of the country?

This happens more than you can believe. I'm just waiting for Frank's birthmom to say she's pregnant. Apparently she has a new boyfriend...
