I am so disappointed!

We just did our adoptive homestudy a year ago for *B's* adoption and was told it was good for 5 years. Apparently that only applies in California though because I've now been told by Florida that they won't accept it and we have to do it all over again since their requirements are "different".... Yet I just received the giant packet in the mail and it's almost identical to everything we already did just a year ago.

Seriously, it took us 9 months because of numerous hiccups to be able to complete the last homestudy and now we have to do it all over again? Honestly, nothing in this case has gone as it should & although this is so disappointing it's also not surprising but I'm now officially feeling so incredibly frustrated by it all!

We've had *A* since she was a newborn and she's going to be 3 before this is all over. I just can't wait to have her "legally" be our daughter, but when stuff like this happens (as it has repeatedly with her case) I feel like it's just one more giant hoop that may cause us to loose her and I'm going positively batty!
